[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Azure cloud migration for modernize its application architecture by moving all applications to the Azure cloud hosting environment.
- conduct an analysis of the application portfolio and to establish a plan to migrate the entire portfolio to the Azure cloud
- together a team to assist customers as they move to the Azure cloud. Experience must include deploying Microsoft .NET applications to Azure using Microsoft’s Azure DevOps
- IT application architecture
- migrations applications to the Azure cloud platform including containerization
- on-premise or cloud-based solutions
- Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 portal setup and hosting services for agencies interested in internal collaboration, external collaboration, organizational portals, business process workflow, and business intelligence
- cloud-based IT Service Management Tool that provides internal and external support through an automated service desk workflow-based application which provides flexibility and ease of use
- GIS Hosting delivers dynamic maps, spatial content, and spatial analysis via the Internet. User agencies can integrate enterprise-level Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with map capabilities and spatial content into new or existing websites and applications.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
