[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic communications system to perform system integration, configuration and installation planning, and to provide, assemble, install, test and commission the Communications System to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
1. Project management and administration.
2. System integration, configuration and installation planning.
a. Site Inspections.
b. Preparation of documentation
c. Installation planning and documentation.
3. Submittals.
4. Procurement, shipping and storage.
5. Installation.
6. Testing.
7. Commissioning.
8. Removal of replaced and designated equipment.
9. Documentation.
10. Training.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 15, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
