Government Authority located in Cleveland, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for general training services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services to administer a comprehensive training program to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- This program was to continue, supporting the business goals of department and the divisional strategic business plans as they relate to training and skill development, providing courses that support the workforce skill enhancement as it relates to department key business functions, building and delivering customized training courses as needed, assessing and measuring effectiveness of training, evaluating/assessing, identifying and satisfying training needs whenever the organization
takes on a new endeavour requiring new or upgrade of current skills, making provision for obtaining the degree, licensure, certification and continuing education directly related to jobs.
- Information Technology Sections are responsible for the implementation, update and maintenance of all network systems, servers, and all applications used by the Divisions and support functions of this Department. It is composed of 3 functional units: Infrastructure and Applications, Cleveland Enterprise Geographical Information Systems and Administration.
- Human Resources Section is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Classification and Compensation, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Programs and Services, and Employee/Labor Relations.
- Public Affairs is responsible for establishing and managing communication policies and procedures, designing communication tools for internal and external use, and establishing and monitoring communication methods and practices for the Department. It is composed of 3 distinct units: Marketing, Community Outreach, Media/Technology and Special Events.
- Program Management Services shall include, but are not limited to quality customer service, professionalism, coordination, monitoring, QA/QC, and risk mitigation of the planned activities during the execution of the work and the production of reports. The Program Manager shall provide management and related services to coordinate the work.
(2) A pre-proposal conference call will be held on December 5, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than December 19, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
