[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan to end the HIV epidemic services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Creating local stakeholder matrix to ensure maximum representation by including people living with HIV, people of color, and transgender people for stakeholder meetings,
- Scheduling initial and routine in-person local advisory committee meetings throughout project period,
- Hosting a launch meeting to educate public about the Ending the Epidemic development process,
- Hosting epidemiologic profile information session(s) with stakeholders,
- Hosting final draft ETE plan proposal and consent meeting,
- Synthesizing information gathered and developing a situational analysis report describing the landscape of all HIV programs in comparison to the regional epidemiologic profile,
- Identify strategies and activities to end the HIV epidemic within the region and sharing with local stakeholders and advisory committee,
- Developing consensus on local strategic priorities and activities,
- Provide the draft ETE plans that includes any feedback received to advisory committee.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 16, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
