Vendor needs to provide secure, environmentally controlled (heated and air conditioned), and safe storage with strict access control for county records processing, storage, and retrieval operations which entails, electronic imaging, storage, tracking, retrieving, and destruction of government documents from multiple County agencies and departments.
- Currently possesses approximately thirty thousand boxed records and many other record documents that total approximately thirty-five thousand (35,000) cubic feet of records to be stored in an organized, documented, and retrievable manner.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite.
