Government Authority located in Bowling Green, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for joint medical services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide joint medical services for the juvenile residential center of northwest provide for a licensed physician or medical resource designated for the medical supervision, care and treatment of juveniles. The facilities shall ensure twenty-four-hour availability of consultation, advice and emergency service response.to the government authority located in Bowling Green, OH.
(2) Summary of Work:
a. The Offeror will review all treatment plans established by physicians.
b. The Offeror will establish and maintain medical records consistent with the state law standards and accepted community practice.
c. The Offeror will provide nursing staff 20 hours per week, 4 hours a day Monday through Friday, for the Juvenile Residential Center of Northwest Ohio.
d. The Offeror will provide nursing staff 28 hours per week, 4 hours a day seven days per week for the Juvenile Detention Center.
e. The Offeror will provide a licensed physician on-site at both JDC and JRC at least ½ hour per week, or until work is completed. A licensed physician will also be available for on-call medical consultations.
f. The Offeror will provide Nurse Administration on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to provide telephone consultation, evaluations, prescription clarification and other services to JDC and JRC as deemed necessary.
g. The Offeror will review and update as needed medical programs for the following:
• Medical housing residents
• Prosthesis
• Chronic Care
• Delousing
• Health Education
• Follow-up examination when on site, or telephone consultation, after use of force
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
