[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide social media advertising services to increase employment recruitment
efforts for hard-to-fill positions through targeted recruitment and in accordance with equal employment opportunity strategic plan.
- Provide geo-targeting recruiting campaign services through various social media channels to include text, videos, photos, logo, and apply button
- Services to include design, posting and management of recruiting advertisements
- Advertisements shall be updated with the appropriate information and links for each campaign
- Targeted demographics will be dependent on the position being filled and identified at the beginning of the posting process
- Campaign shall be with a pre-determined direct spend allotment per ad post
- SOCIAL MEDIA:
- For the purposes of this agreement, social media covers tools and technologies that allow an individual to share communications, postings of information, or participate in social networking, including blogs e.g., Twitter, Tumblr, social networks e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, video and photo sharing websites e.g., Instagram, Flickr, online forums and discussion boards, chat rooms and automated data feeds
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 23, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
