[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide regional neighborhood network conference to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- To obtain professional consulting services to assist in the planning, marketing and execution of the 2020 regional neighborhood network conference
- Provide necessary full conference and event planning from start to finish
- Consultant will consist of a team that provides the city with expertise in the following areas: conference planning, solicitation of sponsorships and fundraising, programming, including talent sourcing and management, conference registration, marketing and social media, vendor negotiations, on-site logistics, audio-visual and on-site coordination, conference evaluations, and management of any sub consultants necessary to carry out the requirements of the contract
- To assist the department in all aspects of event planning and marketing
- Execute a creative and innovative conference that leverages key partnerships and impacts community and neighborhood development on a local and regional level
- Engage neighborhood leaders and citizen volunteers throughout the region in capacity-building and networking activities that support community improvement, growth and sustainability.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
