Government Authority located in Columbus, Ohio; USA based organization looking for regional neighbourhood network conference services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide regional neighbourhood network conference services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
1. To assist the Department in all aspects of event planning and marketing,
2. Execute a creative and innovative conference that leverages key partnerships and impacts community or neighbourhood development on a local and regional level,
3. Engage neighbourhood leaders and citizen volunteers throughout the region in capacity-building and networking activities that support community improvement, growth and sustainability,
- Secure private sector sponsorships, support and fundraising for the conference,
- Lead the development of the conference program agenda, with city input and approval,
- Procure local, regional, and national talent. manage contract, talent schedule and requirements,
- Coordinate with the city for all technology needs including registration portal (website), conference workshop app and any required onsite technology needs,
- Manage kick-off reception, conference days and evening activities,
- Manage post-conference tasks including supporter, speaker, panel, staff and volunteer appreciation,
- Conduct onsite feedback and a follow-up survey and provide results in an approved format to the city to ascertain results and effectiveness of the conference,
- Collaborate with department of neighbourhood’s fiscal staff to finalize all vendor payments and reconcile event debits and credits.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 23,2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
