Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for timekeeping system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide timekeeping system.
- Ability to integrate with our Ellucian banner ERP system and vendors with prior banner experience are preferred
- Able to provide sample training materials or assistance in creating training materials as needed
- Able to identify the physical location where the employee clocked in
- Able to view the information without assistance from the agency information technology staff or opening a ticket with the vendor
- Ability to view, but not change their punches
- Able to be brought to the system administrator’s attention via email, dashboard or other similar means.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting/conference will be held on January 10, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2020.
(4) The term of the contract will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
