Government Authority located in Independence, Ohio; USA based organization looking for data quality technical and functional support services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data quality technical and functional support services to the government authority located in Independence, OH.
- to the BDAG program, and in turn the data quality program that include reviewing business and technical project documents for proper incorporation of defined requirements to implement data quality and identity management; developing, and refining enterprise requirements, use cases, and business rules used to implement and support data quality; planning and executing test plans for user acceptance testing of software products,
- Providing business and technical expertise in the areas of data quality and identity management; and performing data quality analysis and reporting in support of implementations and updates to the matching algorithm and other software.
A. Create business test plans, test cases, test patients, testing timelines and schedules, scenarios, tools, training plans and other items needed to perform business UAT;
B. Distribute test plans and schedules to the Project Manager, Business Analysts and development staff (for review only),
C. Perform pre-UAT activities, such as ensuring that the test environment is ready, running any pre-test reports, and reviewing software quality assurance (SQA) test results,
D. Coordinate testing activities, including scheduling participation of business staff, including BPM staff, other DQ staff and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from within and outside of DQ, including VA Medical Center field staff if needed,
E. Write and execute business test plans, cases and scenarios within defined timeframes and document test execution results,
F. Perform re-testing of any test cases or scenarios that were unsuccessful in initial testing and track success of all tests,
G. Develop and submit change requests to development for any defects or unsuccessful test cases or scenarios found during UAT and communicate for tracking purposes,
H. Coordinate other testing staff from the Healthcare Identity Management staff that participate in the testing,
I. Prepare a UAT Report Package consisting of draft testing plans, draft training plans, test case results, and a prioritized list of testing issues and change requests identified by DQ business users during UAT needing resolution,
J. Monitor and follow-up on the prioritization and resolution of issues and requests identified during UAT and report status on a weekly basis to the PM.
(2) This bid is set aside for disabled veteran-owned small business.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
