- Vendor needs to provide experienced firm to guide us in the strategic planning process in order to make informed and deliberate decisions about our future goals and activities to the government authority located in OH.
- Via this competitive solicitation, to identify one or more firms that have the requisite skills, experience, and capability to develop and implement an intentional strategy to address four pre-identified areas of focus: fostering a workplace culture that embraces continuous process improvement, management and transfer of knowledge, engaged employees, and adoption of new technological approaches.
- These pre-identified areas of focus will aid the agency efforts to become more efficient with its operations, while still maintaining a high level of service and adhering to the agency mission to assure all residential and business consumers access to adequate, safe and reliable utility services at fair prices, while facilitating an environment that provides competitive choices.
