[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consultant services regarding operating and capital budget to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Financial Consultant will be required to have the capabilities to perform the following duties:
- Debt affordability analysis,
- Develop and recommend funding options pertinent to the City’s capital plan or economic development projects,
- Discuss, inform and assist the department on economic conditions (current or projected) that would have an impact on the capital plan or operating budget,
- Be available for consultations with Department staff,
- Assist Department staff in carrying out credit rating objectives,
- Assist the Department staff on strategies for development of the annual Operating Budget.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
