[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document imaging and destruction services.
- Vendor must image regular letter and legal-size documents at 300 dpi using a high-quality scanner for optimal imaging quality.
- Documents must be scanned in duplex mode dropping blank backs in a PDF file Format.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on January 28, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 04, 2020.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
