[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency management agency web EOC reconfiguration services.
- Create a streamlined, effective and user-friendly interface and simplify processes for users.
- Utilize WebEOC-ArcGIS extensions to provide better situational awareness.
- Improve WebEOC ability to manage resources.
- Simplify, consolidate and automate specific functions such as board, view, menu, position,
group, and user etc.
- Effectively use system notifications. I.e. users should be notified when a relevant piece of
information has been updated in WebEOC.
- Generate disaster communications more quickly and with fewer errors. I.e. a better notification
utilization process and single point of entry for data as EMA will not update multiple places in
the application.
- The vendor will provide an application that is functional in a mobile environment, such as via
an app or on a tablet.
- Increase system utility for county users.
- Incorporate advanced WebEOC features that are currently available.
- Document the WebEOC operating structure so that future changes can be better analyzed
before implementation.
- The goal of this project is to improve and reconfigure WebEOC to allow for intuitive data input and a more organized method of sharing incident common operating picture, while better using
GIS information.
- The WEBEOC systems, programs, telephone or other support technologies must not have downtime longer than 24 consecutive hours Monday through Sunday, due to failure of the Contractor’s equipment.

(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 07, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
