[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide event logistics management and on-site technical services including (event website, online and on-site registration and payment processing, session tracking, attendance certificates, reporting, calendar syncing, mobile application.
- Marketing include event website, branding, e-mail management, mobile application.
- Session Management include, presentation abstract collection, agenda (overall and by attendee), continuing education units, session attendance tracking, session evaluation, attendance certificate, equipment, interactive floorplan.
- The branding across all platforms, communications and material will create a consistency and consumer awareness.
- E-marketing campaigns to prospective attendees and informational updates to registered attendees before, during, and after the event.
- Social media integration with Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Mobile Application designed to enhance functionality that is beneficial to speakers, attendees, and exhibitors, mobile web application easily assessible on both google play and apple store, interactive networking component, social media integration, notetaking feature, session evaluation, push notifications, pre-scheduled and on-demand, conference management ability to make updates in real time, survey options to poll customer feedback.
- Event Website will direct customers (attendees, speakers, exhibitors, etc.) to the event website hosted by the offeror – provided platform, offeror shall create and maintain event website, the website must contain everything individuals or organizations planning to attend the conference should need, including general session speakers, exhibitors, travel accommodations, searchable lists of educational sessions and continuing education units, important announcements, and updates.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
