(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer image and awareness survey services to perform a statistically representative survey by county with the ability to add additional geographies to the dataset, including various counties to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- To conduct research, analysis and reporting that will assist in understanding what matters most to the community and the people we serve.
- looking for a strong focus on how metro health is perceived in the community, by the patient experience as well as feedback on the services patients received.
- Assist in improving our overall patient strategy and hopefully attract and acquire new patients.
- Focus on loyalty and retention.
(2) The term of agreement will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
