[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide census advertising and outreach campaign services the implementation of a culturally informed digital, print, and radio media advertising and outreach campaign that promotes awareness of the 2020 Census and its importance to our community,
- To be developed by a separate consultant concurrent will be placed on targeted digital, social-media, print materials, and radio advertising strategies to encourage residents to self-respond to the 2020 Census,
- Multi-media Content Implementation: The vendor shall implement the content and concept of the plan, and utilize the campaign concepts currently available through County’s existing effort for all media elements that will be used with traditional media, commuter advertising, and digital and social engagement,
- Promotion of digital tools: The vendor shall implement the developed plan by promoting current and new messages with digital tools in the coverage area through techniques such as geo-fencing,
- Translation: All resources must be available in English, the vendor shall develop additional materials in Spanish, Somali, and Nepalese and other languages as identified.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 4, 2020.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
