Government Authority located in Oxford, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for bank depository and merchant services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide bank depository and merchant services to the government authority located in Oxford, OH.
- General Checking Account should sweep daily in to an investment account designated by the City on a daily basis, payroll account should be a zero-balance account which sweeps daily from the general Account, accounts payable account should be a zero-balance account which sweeps daily from the general account, account should be a simple interest-bearing account used to pay employees out of pocket expenses.
- Merchant credit/debit card processing system including related equipment.
- Internet online banking services including balance lookup and reporting, check reconciliation and/or other services. Services should include ability to initiate ACH payments (both directions) to initiate electronic payment (including for tax withholding remittance and direct deposit services.) Please provide info regarding security over access.
- Online payment services for utility and other billings. Please include your protocol to incorporate such service.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
