[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record platform.
- Deliver an electronic health record platform that allows multi-disciplinary health students to utilize in simulated practice
- Deliver an electronic health record platform that integrates securely using with Owens IT infrastructure
- Deliver an electronic health record platform that allows buildable clients and case studies for use by all health disciplines, including the ability to integrate with Dentrix or other dental health records
- Provide initial and continued training for faculty and students on use of the electronic health record platform
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 3, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
