[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legacy case management system replacement to assess and interact with older adults, facilitate daily operations in support our client's needs, and insure quality delivery of community-based services. The current system does not support all of the agency business requirements and evolving needs. The goals of this project are to replace the old system with a secure new system possessing up to date technology, user friendly interfaces, addresses our current business requirements and future enhancements, and Is more cost effective thereby reducing the burden on ours. staff, and increasing the productivity and efficiency of our users. Franklin County Office on Aging (FCOA) is looking for a turnkey solution from a leading Case Management vendor with intent to utilize commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and Software as a Service (SaaS).
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 18, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
