[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide new hire reporting center services to quickly disseminate accurate
information on newly hired and rehired employees to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Maintain an office that acts as a clearinghouse for all employers to report their new hires, re-hires and independent Contractors according to specified time frames,
- Receive and process electronic and non-electronic new hire reports from employers within five business days of receipt,
- Establish and utilize comprehensive and effective processes for the receipt, processing, safeguarding and retention of employers’ new hire data, received via paper mail, fax transmission, magnetic or electronic means, online processes, and any other means the
department authorizes,
- Create a database of New Hire information and provide data entry services for New Hire Reports and any data connected with the New Hire Reporting program,
- Perform matching, validation and follow-up functions to maximize employer reporting Compliance,
- Maintain sufficient staff to provide customer service to employers, meaning at minimum, responding to an estimated 200 calls and 100 emails per month,
- Operate a website that offers general information on the Ohio New Hire Reporting program and provides employers the ability to report online,
- Provide an Outreach Relationship Manager who will coordinate outreach efforts within the employer and payroll processing community.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
