Vendor needs to provide ethics and compliance audit software tool and outsourcing of coding audit services to create a healthier community by building a new hospital on its main campus in state.
- Implementation and annual renewal of a licensed audit software tool; (ii) upgrade of such software; (iii) maintenance of the software; and (iv) outsourced audit services provided by the awarded respondent.
- An audit software tool that will facilitate outpatient, inpatient and procedural audits of technical and professional services. The tool will provide benchmark comparisons and facilitate the identification of coding outliers.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
