[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide labor and employment legal services for licensed, insured and bonded attorneys to provide legal services relative to labor and employment matters to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Labor Relations including negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; potential dispute mediation and/or fact-finding, and preparation of final contract documents
- Discrimination and/or wrongful discharge claims
- Grievance arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and/or court proceedings involving labor relations or employment matters.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 10, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
