[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services relative to labor and employment matters to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Labor Relations including negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; potential dispute mediation and fact-finding, and preparation of final contract documents;
- Grievance arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and court proceedings involving labor relations or employment matters;
- Discrimination and wrongful discharge claims; and
- General legal services and advice pertaining to employment issues and personnel policies at agency.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 27, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be two years.
