Government authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for international student records software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide international student records software for the office of global studies and integrates international admissions and international student and scholar services with both Banner and the federal government’s student and exchange visitor information system.
1) Manage international admission process from time of first contact through entire application process and the ability to synchronize applicant data from other application systems (e.g., Common App, College Net) including the ability to determine workflow for each student, scholar, or international visitor within in one data system to avoid multiple shadow databases.
2) Navigation of international admission application should be seamless and transparent in order for students to apply during the recruitment stage, save admission applications, and log in at a later time to complete the application
3) Ability to see workflow for creation of I-20 including admission information, immigration documents, financial documents, and shipping information.
4) Ability for any advisor to review application materials and send requests for materials when students submit incorrect documents or missing documents.
5) Integration and the ability to batch upload admission application data from Banner to automate the application process
6) Allow multiple admission applications (ESL, undergraduate, post bac, exchange, transfer, special groups, etc.) based on queries
7) Be able to create I-20s for multiple admission periods
8) Provide a student facing portal to simplify requirements for incoming students and scholars
9) Ability to code and track pending applications based on specific timeframes
10) Ability to alert I-20 specialists of follow up needs for students who have admission and require their I-20.
11) Ability to easily identify and track students needing to complete a SEVIS transfer.
12) Provide reports of the varying stages of I-20 issuance to easily track and monitor the rate of I-20 creation.
13) Ability for applicants to monitor their admission status and immigration document process
14) Ability to create immigration documents for multiple campuses.
15) Provide checklists to simplify requirements for incoming students and scholar
- Support the International Student and Scholar Experience: - Provide a comprehensive record that incorporates communications from advisors, student requests, immigration documents, academic information, immigration status, etc, send automatic email notifications to students and scholars for reminders and alerts to ensure that students properly maintain their status, communicate with students and scholars directly and maintain a log of email communication sent to all users
on the site, Provide a multi-level approval process for academic advisors and Designated School Officials and Alternate/Responsible Officers for authorizing events such as reduced course load, academic or practical training, Leaves of Absences, etc
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 20, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
