Government Authority located in Columbus, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for video scheduling and playback automation system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video scheduling and playback automation system including hardware, software, licenses, implementation services, training, maintenance and support services necessary to maintain the city’s government access channel to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Must be have the capacity for full HD 1080i video with embedded audio throughout, Must be able capacity to store and air Standard Definition NTSC videos as needed, Must have the capacity to accept or easily convert existing video files (HD & SD) from the existing AVID 5000 servers, Must have the capacity to record audio and video directly into the server from DVD players and tape decks, Must have the capacity to move and manage video files of various formats directly into the server, Must include an HD, SDI, embedded audio, A/V router of sufficient size to accommodate all playback and record needs and that is fully controlled via the automation software, Must have the ability to control existing NVision standard definition router as needed, Must be able to easily create schedules from video server database and/or import schedules directly from City’s FACIL software or come with its own scheduling software, Must be able to simultaneously playback and record into the server using scheduling software, Must have remote access capabilities for scheduling and server operation, Must be of professional quality and be capable of operating 24/7/365, Must include 24/7/365 technical support for hardware and software, with overnight parts replacement.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 16, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
