Government Authority located in Toledo, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for information technology and system support services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide I.T. System design, computer/network operations, systems management and integration, all types of transit software install and support, procurement technical specification design and end-user support as it relates to transit/transportation to aid authority staff responsible for operations of authority to the government authority located in Toledo, OH.
- IT and Communication System components are outdated and obsolete, most software systems require version upgrades and there are numerous technologies that are customarily used by midsized public transportation system similar to identify traditional and competitive grant opportunities to increase funds available to correct these issues.
- I.T. Systems Support and Development to provide technology consultation and as-needed support, assist with system problem determination and resolution, install application/system software and provide phone and onsite support, provide technical guidance and specifications for procurement processes, serve as technical expert on authority procurement selection committees, networking support, server support and virtualized environment, local area network administration (active directory permissions) support, web filter and cybersecurity support including system recovery, support for IP video camera and surveillance infrastructure, business intelligence systems and dashboard capability, interactive email alerts based on software data extraction, maximize software system diagnostics and data analytic capabilities, system interoperability requirements under us dot its architecture, system integration capabilities to leverage public/private technology, enterprise risk management, self-service human resources platform, customer service automation and monitoring system, CAD/AVL, GPS and MDT Systems.
- End-User Support provide General I.T. hardware and software support for an office environment of roughly 40 users at three separate facilities, end user support for workstations and laptops, printing support for local and networking printers, restore files on a regular basis and at authority request, software support for off the shelf vendors such as Microsoft office and misc. Desktop software, software support and coordination with 3rd party vendors and open source software, security, virus and malware prevention, email connectivity on end user personal smartphones/tablets, support for setting up meeting rooms for connectivity and projectors on a need by need basis, IT and communications workflow management system.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 6, 2020.
