[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide origin-destination data via a web-based interface included with the data shall be a mechanism to query the underlying data set for various use cases.
- Regional OD flows between geographies (often referred to as Traffic Analysis Zones);
- OD flow on and the travel sheds of a given segment of roadway;
- OD flows (matching ODOT supplied volume totals) between any 2 roadway segments for example to determine the weaving movements on a freeway;
- Understanding different components of that flow, most importantly distinguishing cars, trucks, buses, bikes and pedestrians;
- Understanding temporal changes in OD flows and characteristics.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 6, 2020
