[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case and incident management solution includes deployment services, training of all personnel who may utilize the system, and ongoing maintenance and support.
- Providing CIMS solution applications that meet the functional requirements for the City
- Analysing trial for the City operations to effectively use the CIMS applications
- Installing, configuring, and testing the CIMS applications according to the business rules of the city
- Maintaining the CIMS application for changes in regulatory requirements, application enhancements, common configuration changes, and fixing program defects
- Training technical staff on the administration and support of CIMS applications and the infrastructure equipment to ensure reliable service
- Cutover and post-go-live services
- Desktop assessment with hardware and software recommendations
- Network assessment and design specifications
- Server specifications and design, with build instructions providing technical expertise to the City’s IT department for the CIMS solution
- Providing the design specifications and acquisition details for locally hosted CIMS applications, including production and non-production environments to run the CIMS applications, using modern proven technology that is compliant with the infrastructure requirements
- Providing a network assessment with recommendations to adequately handle anticipated networking loads and access for the CIMS proposed solution
- Providing a desktop workstation assessment and providing the necessary software, hardware and operating system requirements for the City’s desktop images
- Integrating the CIMS servers and network servers with the network infrastructure and desktop Workstations
- Providing CIMS configurations
- Assisting in hardware setup, configuration, training, and business use
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 15, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
