[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide sign language interpreting services for deaf and hard of hearing employees, former employees, and applicants on an as needed basis.
- Shift Interpreter: Due to the high volume of interpreting appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; the Contractor shall provide a Shift Interpreter on those three days each week. This will ensure an interpreter is available for last minute interpreting service requests.
- The Shift Interpreter shall be available for 8 work hours each day, for a total of 24 hours each week, and 1,248 hours per year. Work days are designated as Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- On the job training, working in specific applications used in the fields of procurement, human resources, supply planning, information technology, disposition services, and quality assurance.
- The Shift Interpreter shall have the capacity to deliver sign language interpreting services at a level sufficient to provide thorough and instantaneous translation and interpretation in American Sign Language (ASL), Pidgin Sign Language, Signed English, and Oral.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
