[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide television closed caption service provider with the ability to provide live captioning of its weekly city council meetings, as well as provide clean edited transcripts in rich text format of said meetings.
• Must be able to do live broadcast and post-production captioning.
• Must be able to caption with 92-95% accuracy.
• Must have the ability to re-caption recorded meetings provided as a video file or available online.
• Must be able to input and retain proper spelling of personal names, etc.
• Must be able to provide a transcript with speaker identifications
• Must be able to provide transcripts within 24-48 hours of production.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
