Government Authority located in Grove City, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for laboratory services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Grove City, OH.
- The groundwater laboratory reports (and annual NPDES) will report estimated data (for
concentrations between the Method Detection Limit (MDL) and PQL pursuant to current
solid waste rules.
- Reanalysis of samples prior to reporting will be required when a volatile organic compound
is detected in any sample (confirmatory process). The cost for confirmatory reanalysis of
volatile organic compounds should be included in the base price of the proposal.
- A statement of lab accountability shall be included in the complete laboratory package” when samples miss holding times or results are received beyond the “turnaround times” set forth in paragraph 8 above.
- For ground water analytical reports, the data shall also be transmitted to SWACO as an electronic data deliverable (EDD) in an EDD file format specified by SWACO. All written laboratory reports and EDD for groundwater analysis must summarize the PQL and the MDL (and estimated data) for all analyses.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 18, 2020
