Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for e-learning system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide examples of accredited continuing education courses available in the e-Learning system for varying disciplines.
- Contractor must specify what specific accreditations are associated with the course
offerings.
• Contractor shall provide, in detail, how the e-Learning system accomplishes these service
requirements: The tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Hosting and Support
- Hosting service, install upgrade, and monitor the e-Learning system. No need for IT support personnel.
- The e-Learning system shall have interoperability with other modules/applications output files - HTML5, .SWF, .PPT, etc.
• Security Capabilities
- The e-Learning system shall have unique password and user IDs for individuals to determine secure authentication.
- The e-Learning system has set authentication rules based on hard life time, idle life time and single sign-on life time.
- The e-Learning system has configurable security settings
• Workflow Process
- The e-Learning system shall have a custom workflow and a custom approval form for the learner to complete.
- The e-Learning system shall have the ability to manage certification requests.
• Communication and Collaboration
- Contractor shall demonstrate in detail that the e-Learning system has the ability to send automated reminder notices via email.
- The e-Learning system must have the ability to allow for the editing and managing of the content of notification message.
- Contractor shall demonstrate in detail that the e-Learning system has automated registration confirmation(s) via email.
• Learning Content Management
- Waitlist functionality (i.e., for a "full" ILT class).
- Automatic waitlist functionality (user at top of waitlist is automatically enrolled when a space opens up).
- Administrator Role has the ability to manage the waitlist and roster.
- Access online resources (i.e., a PDF that the instructor has posted for a course).
- Enroll and cancel registrations for learning activities.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 18, 2020

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
