[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide portable toilet building rental and service to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
- Deliver units within1 - 3 days of request.
- Pick up units at end of season within 3 days of notice.
- Units will be located within 25 feet of paved drive or parking lot. Must be able to reach units regardless of weather conditions.
- Unit must be chained and locked to a pole or fence to prevent tip over. CRC will provide the locks and chains when contractor begins delivery.
- Units must be cleaned and emptied on Fridays and Tuesdays for twice weekly cleaning sites.
- Units must be cleaned on Fridays for one time per week cleaning sites.
- Document on-site the dates and times of service.
- Vandalism must be reported to CRC Athletics Division for confirmation before repairs or replacement will be authorized.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
