[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide purchase of lifecycle management system software packages
• An easy-to use product for both internal and external users including NEORSD consultants and contractors.
• A commercially available, robust, off-the-shelf software that requires minimal customization to implement and maintain.
• Dashboard that displays multiple KPIs and supports different configurations for different user groups
• A highly intuitive system from a user perspective that can position the NEORSD to take advantage of the latest technology to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
• Accessibility of data that includes robust reporting capabilities.
• User-friendly mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• Ability to integrate with existing programs, including but not limited to financial information system (Oracle EBS), enterprise content management system (ECM), and project & portfolio management system (Oracle Primavera P6).
• Be able to link/store external files that may include a variety of document types, images or URLs.
• Custom forms which store information in the database which can be searched and queried.
• Web-based application using encrypted communication with servers, role-based permissions, and secure authentication methods.
• Functionality to model and implement business processes with automated workflows.
• Document management functionality
• Locally hosted or cloud solutions
• Flexibility and opportunity for growth through modular design
• Standard and custom notifications must be able to notify users via email, SMS or popup notifications
(2) Pre-bid conference will be held on May 21, 2020

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
