Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for media monitoring firm.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a media monitoring and storage firm for monitoring all external print, video, audio and blog news and provide a platform for analysis to agency. Specific topics will be identified to firm on an as needed basis.
Ongoing media alerts from national and local TV, radio, print publications, online news, blogs, forums and social media in real time and as often as we choose. And, in addition:
- Must be able to schedule when alerts will be received.
- A permanent, searchable cloud-based archive of those alerts
- A searchable database of all media and journalists who create that content and their contact information
- ongoing training for our communications staff in how to efficiently access and analyze all of the above
- Online, telephone and email technical and user support for those services
- A minimum of 10 licenses for access to those services
- The ability to easily analyze and pull data regarding audience reach, audience demographics, media value and positive vs negative media coverage
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 26, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
