[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a cloud-based, mobile device SMIS solution with dropdowns, ability to upload existing forms, integration through API with dashboards and strong reporting functionality. include providing a mobile compatible system and robust employee reporting system supporting the 4 pillars.
- Agency is issuing an RFI to identify a web-based integrated incident management information system capable of tracking incidents, hazards, inspections, industrial hygiene activities, job hazard analyses, and training to support agency electronic reporting and recordkeeping processes.
- The vendor shall provide software, installation and integration services, customization or configuration, training, licensing, support and maintenance, as well as any work required to support the installation, operation and management of the system.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
