[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a website can compatible with WordPress and mobile development Contractor to onboard:
• The Agency’s external website to IOP’s Portal Builder; and
• The Agency’s intranet to IOP’s MyOhio Intranet.
- Digital framework and information architecture must focus on user needs and actions; not based on Agency divisions or table of organization;
- High volume touchpoints between the Agency and the public, businesses, and other partners – typically completed by mail, email or phone - must be evaluated by the Contractor for digitization;
- The Contractor must work with stakeholders to develop a roadmap and approaches for a prioritized list by audience.
- UX strategy and design must include a heuristic evaluation of the existing site, user and stakeholder research findings, comparative analysis findings, audience mapping and persona creation, usability testing, and user journey maps highlighting moments of truth;
- Online interactions must be analysed end-to-end by the Contractor inclusive of website navigation and any applicable underlying transactional systems to improve all user experiences;
- Functions powered by underlying or third-party content and systems and in-house applications may be included; and
- Front-end changes to in-house applications may need addressed.
- Digital branding refresh including new marketing assets; and
- Design prototypes to illustrate the OH|ID (external) SSO user experience.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2020

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
