Government Authority located in Columbus, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for switchgear preventive maintenance, testing, inspections and repair services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide switchgear preventive maintenance, testing, inspections and repair services include all Switch Gear, Electrical Panel Maintenance, and Transformers to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- The Contractor must guarantee a maximum of 4 hours for onsite response time in the event of an emergency, anytime, on a 24 hour per day, 7 days per week, 365 (or 366) days per year basis.
- The Contractor must name an account project manager and provide a mobile number with a maximum of a 1-hour call back response.
- The Contractor must use NETA certified technicians and perform all testing to NETA requirements.
- The Contractor must have ACPRO trip unit trained technicians
- The Contractor must provide detailed test reports to the Facility Manager, showing values or attributes and acceptance test criteria and generated within 30 days of completion.
- The results of all Preventive maintenance and test procedures are to be issued in electronic report form and will be maintained onsite.
- Any required power for work to be performed or testing to be conducted will be furnished by the contractor when facility power is unavailable. Normally building generator power is available but backup generators are required to be supplied by the contractor.
- All equipment, labour and materials will be provided by the contractor.
- The Offeror shall name a project manager/coordinator that will be available to discuss planning of the work to be conducted and repair options. The cell phone number of this individual shall be provided and a response within 24 hours is required for planning questions.
e. If there is any defective equipment discovered during the de-energizing and energizing of the switch gear, the Facility Manager must be contacted immediately.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2020
