[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide evaluation services for tobacco use prevention and cessation programs to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- A. Regular communication with the ODH contract manager
- Facilitation of a Strategic Evaluation Planning Team
- Development, maintenance, and implementation of the strategic evaluation plan for the TUPCP
- Participation in TUPCP program staff meetings at least monthly and facilitation of 2-4 meetings of the Evaluation Planning Team, annually.
- Ongoing evaluation of the Ohio Tobacco Quit Line (OTQL) with a mid-year and annual report
- Completion of at least seven formal individual evaluations of program activities (at least two for the OTQL)
- Assist in the development, implementation and analysis of grantee performance measures
Participate in discussions and opportunities to share information with federal and state partners on Ohio evaluation activities
- Provide ongoing technical assistance and smaller evaluation projects, as required.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2020
