[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide to collect intersection model inventory of roadway elements to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- The Vendor shall collect MIRE Intersection Data for all public intersections. The Department has estimated there are 290,000 public intersections within Ohio.
- Location based response system integrated counties will be collected first. Additional Counties are expected to be integrated over the course of this project through a separate effort.
- The vendor shall collect 5% of the pilot county as proof of concept and submit data for review.
- The vendor shall revise and finish collection pilot county and submit data for review prior to continuing data collection.
- These quantities shall be construed as bidders as ‘more or less’ figures. The actual quantities performed may vary.
- The vendor shall deliver documentation that describes the methodology used to collect intersection data.
- The vendor shall deliver a Glossary with definitions.
- The vendor shall submit invoices to ODOT by the 20th of each month for payment
