(1) Vendor needs to provide printing services production of a newsletter requiring such operations as transmission of electronic files, electronic prepress, reproducible, proofs, printing/imaging in full color, saddle-folding, packing, and delivery to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Approximately 2 orders per year for 4-page newsletter (anticipate autumn and winter) and 2 orders per year for 8-page newsletter (anticipate spring and summer). Approximately 50 to 200 copies per
order.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
