[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management systems with extensive experience in learning needs assessment, evidence-based healthcare education, tracking and reporting.
- Evidence-based eLearning platform, that allows for assessment of learning needs and tracking compliance
- Provide educational content for healthcare staff and providers across departments
- Educational content to be associated with continuing education credits
- Specialty certification preparation courses
- Interactive eLearning platform based on the tenets of adult learning principles
- Video and other robust media incur
- Content based on state and federal requirements for healthcare workers
- Learning platform must allow for the creation, assignment and tracking of original material
- Assigned education must notify end user and manager of assignment with clear due date and assignment status, such as, not yet due and past due
- Recurring assignments must be easily tracked from year to year, without a need to archive
- Platform must allow for easy filtering of reports and creating dashboards
- Platform must interface with current UTMC Human Resources onboarding platform, allowing for automatic assignments based on job description or department
- Platform has features that allow for procedural checklists to be generated
- Platform allows administrators to exempt a student or group from any or all parts of an assignment
- Mobile access for end users
- Ability to access and print certificates of completion
- Includes spell checker
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for three year.

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
