Government Authority located in Columbus, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for voting machine transportation service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voting machine transportation service to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- The delivery and return of voting machines are a necessary and important part of the daily operation of the county.
- There are four types of voting equipment that will need to be delivered under this Contract.
- The successful contractor will be required to deliver and return voting equipment on an as-needed basis, at the direction of the BOE.
- All voting locations will receive at least one voting machine storage cart, one ballot counter, and one ballot marking kiosk.
- During the two-week period before Election Day, the successful bidder will have trucks arrive at the loading docks of the BOE offices each weekday to be loaded with voting equipment to be delivered that day to locations throughout county.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2020
(3) Pre-bid conference will be held on June 12, 2020
