[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide managed print services that encompasses the latest technologies available and superior services to implement and support that effort to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- This cost-per-print proposal shall include all devices, all software upgrades, connectivity, maintenance, parts, labor, travel time, all accessories, and all supplies, including but not limited to toner, developer, starter, drums, and staples, etc., excluding paper.
- The vendor shall tag all devices encompassed in this agreement with MetroHealth formatted device ids. Any vendor label shall only display the vendors' business name and/or company logo and Metro Health assigned ID.
- Web submission tools
- In an effort to minimize interruption to Production Center, software must contain a plug-n-play element for instant connection to the network
- Reporting element capable of trend analysis using production data extract reports
- Capable of consolidation prints from data centers, departments, and desktops to a single point and distributes the output to production, workgroup, desktop printers, as well as multiple destinations.
- Unlimited electronic cataloging utilizing local server
- Completely integrated from end user to output
- Users should be tracked by: name, email, cost center, department, Building, room no., phone no., and job title name.
- Must provide SSL encrypted client connectivity and firewall
- Must be able to be adapted to multiple site configurations
- Must have ability to utilize an Adobe PDF with user's fonts and applications
- Order submissions should be able to be initiated from ERP and other business systems.
- Users should be able to upload documents for printing with pull down menus for paper info, bindery info special instructions.
- Must offer on demand forms reprint.
- Job cost estimating enabling customers to automatically receive and approve production estimates
- Must utilize a Java based interface that can be accessed from anywhere on the internet
- Must be able to support Windows and Macintosh ordering
- Deliver reprints without reprocessing.
- Auto Flow, to allow job's to be disturbed and printed to network printers
- Ability to upgrade to new feature releases
- Business card submission, using template and automatic page imposition of the cards.
- Must be able to split jobs to multiple engines
- Must be able to preview and edit jobs in a post ripped environment
- Must be able to manage and prioritize submitted jobs
- Manage and adjust image output quality
- Ability to insert up to 99 banked tabs
- Ability to generate text and graphics on tabs
- Ability to manage multiple substrates within a job
