[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide ethics and compliance coding audit support services to performs regular coding audit support inclusive, but not limited to, billing and reimbursement and documentation and coding audit support services to ensure that the documentation contained in the medical record supports the services performed and billed.
- Inpatient and outpatient coding audit support to health care systems using Epic as an electronic medical record system.
- Identify the impact of regulatory changes and industry trends that may create billing and reimbursement and documentation and coding compliance risks, review and provide input into new and revised policies and procedures, develop compliance work plan to monitor and audit risk areas, recommend and oversee coding audit activities and assist management with implementing corrective action plans on results as needed, review and revise coding audit procedures to ensure consistency between parties’ understanding of the rules, evaluate E&C and other department personnel coding needs and assist where needed, develop and/or provide educational training on coding audit support areas.
- Consulting services in addition to core coding audit support, to assist management in meeting its objectives. Examples may include, but are not limited to, facilitation, process design, training, and consultative services.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
