[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate medical services for medical, dental and psychiatric health service to the government authority located in Dayton, OH.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on September 7, 2016.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2016.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
