[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone interpretation services for provide effective oral language assistance to clients for various languages like Agri, Akan , Arabic, Amharic, Albanian , Bengali, Burmese, Cambodian, Chinese, Chin, Creole, Farsi, French, Fulani, Gujarati, Haitian, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Kurdish, Laotian and Macedonia etc. of approximate volume 4000 calls per year.
(2) Contract will be for the period of one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
