[A] Budget: Up to 38,000 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee computer and digital literacy training services to develop training courses for computer and digital literacy that will consist of an introduction to computer use and an introduction to the Microsoft office suite and creation of each course will include establishing course curriculum and all course materials to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 27, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
